Woman patient to psychiatrist:

Doctor.  I have this awful fear of driveing tests.  I approach the car and I start getting nervous.  When I get into the car, my heart starts racing.  Then, when I close the door, I feel trapped and as though a panic attack is coming on.

Doctor to woman patient:

It is not unusual to have a fear of tests.  Many share such a fear.  Maybe it would help you if you were to tell the examiner about your fears before taking the test.

Woman patient to the psychiatrist:

But Doctor, I am the examiner!
